Spotted: Palo Alto, Calif. Oct. 3, 2011.
Significance: When Seattle-based Liberty Motors owner Pete Larsen couldn’t import a British built cycle-car, he set out to build his own. The result was the Ace, which channels the iconic Morgan Three-Wheeler, but boasts modern running gear and a burly Harley-Davidson engine. This motor turns heads even when it’s sitting still.
